Way of Food came from a practical, sustainable and relatable approach to present ‘food fit for purpose’.
Having spent 20 years in action sport brand marketing working alongside professional snowboarders, trail runners, bikers, and climbers, Wendy saw first-hand how nutrition and wellness were vital to mental, physical, and spiritual health. She also saw how an athlete’s nutritional approach could positively inspire those people who supported them - from the office teams, to their families, to the brands themselves.
Way of Food was started in California by wellness proponent, Wendy Woo. Born in Wales, nurtured in the Austrian Alps, certified in the San Fransisco Bay Area, Wendy is passionate about guiding people to renew the quality and experience of their life through clear, helpful food choices.
With wellbeing and contentment at the heart of the process, she believes in every person's potential to live and enjoy their health-span for the future - and that simple change can start today.
